Chuck refined his knowledge at Rider University College of Business, General Motors Service University, and Toyota’s School of Automotive Management. Chuck credits much of his success to the skills that he learned in scouting, where he obtained the highest rank, Eagle Scout. His experience in industry, Boy Scouts of America and in the Army instilled a core of leadership, empowerment, & philanthropy.
He matians a solid foundation in customer service, employee engagement, mentoring, workplace culture, diversity, sales, marketing, business, and leadership as a premier Professional Development Trainer, Speaker, and Consultant. He has authored and led many related discussions, workshops and keynotes.
